Experience must include 3 years in each of the following skillsbr br 1 Leveraging PMO quot;best practicesquot; for core functions such as governance and reporting to support senior leadership and prepare materials that are visible to executive management;br br 2 Streamlining and changing Governance and Business Management processes to align with changing environments, including creating templates, creating new processes, and establishing and driving departmental quot;best practices;br br 3 Supporting and working directly with senior leaders and Csuite executives to help execute strategy and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards;br br 4 Leveraging intermediate to advanced expertise with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and intermediate to advanced expertise with SharePoint administration to prepare materials for executive committees, organize and report on data, and support the department; and,br br 5 Working with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and build new capabilities.
