Three years of experience as Electrical Engineer to include 3 years experience with transmission system planning or design, working with NERC reliability standards and conducting power engineering system studies power flow, short circuit, transfer limits or dynamic stability; 1 year experience coordinating studies or models with market participants, regional reliability councils or ISOs.
