Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science or a related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Data Analyst. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field and 1 year of experience as stated, employer will also accept a Bachelors Degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a data analyst. Must also have 1 year of experience in each of the following Experience with Human Resources including service, support and technical inquiries; Experience working with confidential HR information in professional manner; Experience with programming language including SQL and DAX; and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
