Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or a related field plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or in an Information Systems Information Technology ISIT occupation. Experience gained before or after attainment of a bachelors degree in the fields stated is acceptable.br br Must have three 3 years of experience with each of the followingbr br Working in service management principles and execution;br Establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics;br Explaining technical concepts and technologies;br Working in a global environment and with virtual teams;br Working with operational service management support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration and event management;br Configuring and managing Datacenter DC Platforms, and Services lifecycles of Cisco hardwaresoftware, F5 Load Balancer and Check point Firewalls;br Managing and customizing network monitoring, automation, management tools;br Firewall technology experience that include configuration, design, managing Provider1 environment, NGTP features and advanced blades, Site to Site VPN tunnels;br Utilizing tools such as CDT, Check Point Endpoint VPN, TCPIP packet capture and analysis using Wire shark and Network Monitor, Firemon Management tool;br Coordinating IT service operation delivery including managing relationships with external IT service vendors or working for an IT service provider on managing customer accounts; andbr Investigating and reviewing existing solution deficiencies, gaps solution stability availability, and submitting operation improvements.
