Masters degree in Architecture or foreign degree equivalent and two years of experience in performing architectural design. Experience must include two years of experience in each of the followingbr br 1. Applying principles of architectural design, building material selection, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines, and building costs and codes;br 2. Incorporating sustainable design strategies for built projects;br 3. Using Design Bid Build Project Delivery method;br 4. Creating architectural designs and plans and coordinating production of project drawings and models utilizing Revit;br 5. Developing 2D and 3D computer modeling concepts, using BIM, 3D Max, RhinocerosGrasshopper, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD;br 6. Researching products, detailing, and other materials for use in design; andbr 7. Performing code research and developing supporting code documents, including code plans and summaries.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
