Requires a Masters degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited US university and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or two 2 years of experience in performing process redesign and utilizing Lean transformation tools and techniques; developing and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, including digital and big data, and working with initiatives, including design for manufacturability DFM, computer integrated manufacturing CIM, and flexible manufacturing; performing project costing and budgeting by utilizing advanced planning and scheduling software and master production schedules; managing production planning and scheduling activities using advanced concepts SOP, RCCP, MRP, MPS and theory of constraints; approving engineering designs for improved production processes and tools utilizing engineering principles and simulation software packages; following IADC, API, and ISO guidelines comprehensively; applying and advising on stateoftheart advanced analytic and quantitative tools and modeling techniques to derive business insights and solve complex business problems; utilizing statistical techniques correlation, regression, clustering, and timeseries to identify patterns and trends for making informed business decisions; and utilizing Six Sigma, lean manufacturing tools, data analytics software, advanced planning and scheduling software, CAD software packages, ERP systems, knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, mechanical design, MS Office Suite, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, and related technologies. Formal qualification in Six Sigma and trained in a matured LeanCI program with an engineering background is required.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
