Minimum requirementsbr Masters degree in Management Science, Business Administration, or related field and five years of experience providing strategic input to technology enabled service businesses. The experience which may be gained concurrently must include the followingbr 5 years of experience working with boards of directors, Clevel executives, and senior management evaluating and analyzing strategic decisions in relation to investments, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, and capital raisings;br 5 years of experience with the corporate due diligence process on investments, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions;br 5 years of experience with evaluating investments and companies in the technology enabled business service markets and their strategic opportunities through company research, financial analysis, and statistical scenario analysis;br 4 years of experience in project management ensuring investment and transaction processes are completed, including creating organization plans and gant charts;br 4 years of experience preparing presentations and memoranda for potential product roadmaps and business strategy initiatives;br 2 years of experience with technology planning in particular with the development and management of new and existing product roadmaps and infrastructure development; andbr 1 year experience ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies to ensure company can operate and conduct business in different US jurisdictions.
