PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology ,or similar field plus 1 year of relevant work experience or Masters degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology ,or similar field plus 3 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience to include Deep understanding of highthroughput genomic data and its analysis; Applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to large scale genomic datasets; Programming in R andor Python; Using Linux commandline tools and writing shell scripts; Summarizing results orally and in written form.
