Position requires experience with Salesforce or another similar CRM 3 years of experience required with a Bachelors Degree or 2 years of experience required with a Masters Degree. Position requires the following experience Relational databases, including SQL; Atlassian JIRA Confluence, InContact, Microsoft Dynamics or Clarity PPM; Working in and leading crossfunctional teams, including virtual teams; Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Oral and written communication skills.
