In the automotive industry, experience to include, create 3D Models and 2D drawings including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT for all structural components considering Design for Manufacturability DFM and Design for Assembly DFA factors, cost, material and component specifications, and other design; ensure the Design Development related deliverables are met on time; prepare Structural, Thermal and Dynamic Analysis using FEA Software; utilize Light Simulation Software to conduct Optical Design and Simulation; and develop prototypes during the build trials.
