This position requires a Bachelors degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, Interior Architecture, or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of work experience in the job offered or in a closely related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, Interior Architecture, or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of work experience in the job offered or in a closely related occupation.br br REQUIRED EXPERTISEKNOWLEDGE OF 1. Convert and revise ComputerAided Design and drafting documents CAD to Revit. 2. Applying industry standards and graphic conventions data to the organization and arrangement of information to formulate a unified presentation. 3. Utilize working knowledge of lighting, HVAC, structural, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical design as well as of relevant codes, including CBC and ADA guidelines, to draft building plans. 4. Knowledge of Architectural detailing and construction standards to determine type and quality of construction materials. 5.
