The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Engineering Any, or a related quantitative field or foreign equivalent degree plus 1 year of related Project Finance experience with a top ten league table ranked project finance bank analyzing credit risk, modeling complex cash flow projections, analyzing credit agreements, drafting term sheets, and working with Bank products Loans, Interest Rates Swaps, Foreign Exchange and Bonds; building cash flow models in Excel using macros; managing project credit rating process with external rating agencies Moodys, Fitch and SP; acting as financial advisor sellside, buyside or development phase; and closed minimum 10 project finance transactions across the power, oil gas, and infrastructure sectors in both North America and Latin America in bank and bond markets.br br Position requires Series 79 and 63 Licenses.br br Position requires 10 travel, primarily within the U.S., but may also include travel to Canada and Latin America.br br BACKGROUND CHECKS AND FINGERPRINTING MAY APPLY.
