Must have two years of experience with each of the following Analyzing existing and future production capacity requirements for the production of tailor rolled steel automotive components; Developing and implementing continuous improvement activities to enhance assembly line safety, quality, and productivity; Designing, developing, and launching production processes for flex rolling mills, blanking presses, slitter machines, electrogalvanizing machinery, and weld cells; Analyzing and troubleshooting machine breakdowns within flex rolling mills, blanking presses, slitter machines, electrogalvanizing machinery, and weld cells to identify root cause; Modifying ladder, function block, and structured text logic with S7 Siemens and Beckhoff programming to optimize machine functionality; Reviewing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic schematics; Training maintenance technicians on identifying problems and conducting regular preventative maintenance.
