Experience must include Two 2 years of experience performing costbenefit analysis to develop cost reduction solutions and process improvements; Two 2 years of experience evaluating hot forming processes used in the production of stabilizer bar ends and implementing improvements to meet customer requirements; Two 2 years of experience evaluating and improving shot peening processes for stress optimization; Two 2 years of experience developing, testing, and launching post vulcanization rubber bonding processes; Two 2 years of experience deploying PFMEA and control plans for standard stabilizer bar production processes; Two 2 years of experience commissioning end of line quality control equipment; Two 2 years of experience conducting time study analyses to establish standard operating procedures and cycle times; Two 2 years of experience implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, including DFSS, A3 problem solving techniques, and PDCA. Domestic and international travel 20 Telecommuting permitted 20 of the time.
