Experience in item H.10 must include 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, Accountant, or related working with International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS Generally Accepted Accounting Principlesbr GAAP or US GAAP. 5 years experience preparing budgets. 5 years experience with Plex or the JDEdward ERP system, inventory reconciliation physical inventory accounting. 1 year of experience using Cashflow 360, Expensify, ADP, NettTracker, Tsheets and ASC 606 for revenue recognition compliance. Experience must include supporting a finance team to go public, intercompany elimination and financial report consolidation, and handling of companys external audit tasks.
