Bachelors degree in an Arts or Humanities discipline such as History, Philosophy or English and five years of postbachelors progressive experience in the position offered or as Head of Production with an advertising agency.br br Will accept threeyear or fouryear Bachelors degree.br br All required experience must have included managing a team of 5 in TV, print, digital and experiential advertising productions; casting and resourcing broadcast productions and managing production workflow for an agency staff in excess of 150 people; managing an annual production budget of 1 million; leading fee negotiations of 1 million; and liaising with legal and cost consultants regarding legal clearances and budget controls.
