Requires a Masters degree in Business Administration and three years of experience with management of carp processing operations. Must possess at minimum 2 years of experience with each of the following Importexport process of carp production and equipment; Compliance measures within the food processing industry; Food safety knowledge in seafood production industry; Global new market development; and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point HACCP development. Must be fluent in both English and Chinese language.
