Must be able to speak English.br Must be able and willing to travel to various unanticipated construction sites in the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia region.br Must have knowledge andor experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Outlook; business strategy and marketing; preparation of sales forecast and inventory forecast; and elaboration and evaluation of technical specifications.br Being able to work long hours, at any hour of the day, including nights and weekends.br Have verifiable references.br Must be able to have hisher own transportation and have hisher own laptop computer.br Be a nonsmoker at the job site.
