REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Human Factors, HCICS, Business Strategy or a related field followed by five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related role.br br SKILLS Experience andor education must includebr 1. Research Study Design Execution including generative and evaluative research methods; iterative and mixedmethod roadmaps; and applying them to product, design, and customer needs;br 2. Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis;br 3. Primary and Secondary Data Collection;br 4. Managing Participant Events including field visits, interviews, or usability testing sessions and Data Management;br 5. Data Presentation, Visualization, and Storytelling;br 6. Project and Process Management including planning research; executing on the plan; scheduling and managing participant events, stakeholder and team meetings; and ensuring timely and efficient processes obtaining participant consent, coordinating with recruiters or vendors, or sending participants incentives; andbr 7. Applied understanding of businesseconomics, cognitive psychology, human factors, and principles of HumanComputer Interaction to product and design problems.
