Represent application engineering to the management team. Explain software application architecture and data architecture. Describe capabilities and extensibility of our RubyRailsLookerJavaScriptReact tools. Monitor operational factors of the AWS Infrastructure using CloudWatch, ECS Console, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda technology, Honeybadger exception management tool, and data pipeline from AWS ECS to the Mezmo NLPbased log management platform. As a senior member of technical staff, implement key application features. Features to be implemented with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript React, Bootstrap, SaaSHAML and implement data aspects of the project with Postgres and Redshift SQL, Arel, ActiveRecord, Looker embedding, LookML views, models. Plan and participate in technical work to upgrade Ruby on Rails major and minor versions and ensure that the RSpec test suite has appropriate coverage in order that upgrades will not interrupt normal system operations and that RSpec test suite is extended and passes for any upgrade candidates. Monitor AWS ECS cloud hosting operational parameters and optimizeupgrade as needed. Adopt newer AWS technologies, including AWS GuardDuty threat detection system. Provide customers or installation teams guidelines for implementing secure systems.
