3 years of experience leading small to medium scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment; Experience leading and guiding the work of technical staff; Experience serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; Experience with the project management lifecycle in software applications and software engineering; Experience with project management in traditional waterfall, agile frameworks, and hybrid approaches; Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, including its phases and artifacts; Experience working with key PPM tools, including MS Project or Jira; Experience monitoring project progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
