Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field plus 3 years of application engineering management experience or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field plus 5 years of progressive application engineering management experience. Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following 1 8D Problem Solving Technique; 2 Program Management, including APQP Advanced product quality planning, PMP Program management plans, and PTP Program time plan; 3 Assessment of cost to market price and cost for preparing budgets, bids, and contracts; 4 Heat Exchanger DesignSizing HMS KULI Energy Management Simulations; 5 CADCAE software applications, including ProE Wildfire; 6 ProE design package to draft, design and modify cooling modules and components, including radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, condensers, and fuel coolers; 7 Designing assemblies; and 8 Microsoft Project MSP.br br Approximately 30 domestic and international travel to current and prospective customers, Modine Plants, Suppliers.
