Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, plus three years of manufacturing engineering experience. In lieu of a Masters, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience. Experience must include three years of experience with each of the following 1 CAD software experience including AutoCad; 2 TPS Toyota production system based improvement tools; 3 Maynard Operation Sequence Technique MOST; 4 statistical tools experience, Statistical Inference, Hypothesis Tests and Confidence Intervals, Process Control Charts, Capability analysis; and 5 implementation of equipment capacity tools excel work sheet based calculations. The position also requires one year of experience with PDCA cycle improvement tool and Five step process for solving problems methodology.br br Up to 15 International travel to Modine locations is required.
