Minimum 24 months of experience withbr Electroporation Neon Transfection and Lonza Nucleofector Systems and lipofection of therapeutic mRNAs into cells;br Expression analysis of therapeutic mRNAs in cells including realtime analysis by fluorescent readout Incucyte;br Extraction of cellular and therapeutic mRNAs; analysis of cellular and therapeutic mRNAs by quantitative RTPCR and branched DNA assay;br Process optimization and scaleup of therapeutic mRNA synthesis, custom plasmid DNA synthesis bacterial cell cloning, primer design, PCR, and custom therapeutic mRNA modifications enzymatic and chemical reactions, RNA oligo sequence design;br Therapeutic mRNA production; purification and analysis of therapeutic RNA LCMS, FACE, HPLC, and AKTA;br Tissue culture cell maintenance;br Troubleshooting and instrument maintenance.br Experience may be gained concurrently.
