Must have experience with the followingbr Electric power systems and equipment operation and control;br Conducting Power System Electromagnetic studies for TD equipment, including FACTS and HVDC;br Modeling tools C, C, MATLAB, Java, Perl, Python, ASPEN, Power World, PSLF, PSSE, PSCAD, ATP, EMTP, EMTPRV;br Preparing technical papers, reports and proposals for electrical power system studies;br Industry standards and guides NESC, NERC, IEEE, IEC, CIGRE; andbr Strong communication, presentation and technical writing skills for communication with customers and engineering staff.br br Travel Requirement 25 domestic travel to customer locations within the United States for engineering meetings and presentations.
