Executing deal closings with respect to project finance transactions. Conducting due diligence and bankability reviews of finance documents, including credit agreements, security documents, concession agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating consent and waiver requests in relation to project financing documents.br br Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
