One year of experience must include Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing agreements, security documents, and credit agreements for corporate and MA transactions. Drafting and reviewing offering memoranda, purchase, and underwriting agreements for crossborder transactions. Executing deal closings with respect to MA and finance transactions. Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, including share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements. Conducting due diligence reviews of finance, corporate and project documents, including credit agreements, indentures, bylaws, corporate minutes, power purchase agreements and engineering, procurement, and construction agreements. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
