A bachelors degree foreign equivalent accepted in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field plus one 1 year of experience is required. Such experience must include the followingbr 1. 1 year experience in environmental or chemical safety or related.br 2. OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification.br 3. Knowledge or RCRA.br 4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.br 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.br 6. Ability to effectively solve problems and make sound independent decisions.br 7. Analytical judgment, problem solving skills, accuracy, and detail oriented.br 8. High level of proficiency with PC based software programs.br 9. Advanced laboratory skills.br 10.
