EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Design, Computer Interaction, Human Computer Interaction, Integrated Innovation, or a related field.br br EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Three 3 years of experience conducting qualitative andor quantitative research on user behaviors andor interaction experience for the design of technologies.br br SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Requires at least 36 months of experience in each of the following Usability Testing include AB testing; User Interviews; Research Reporting; Journey Mapping; Data Product Metrics Analysis; Survey; Generate and monitor research plans.
