EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in business management, corporate social responsibility, economics, supply chain management or a related field.br br EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Two years of experience in a leadership capacity in responsible sourcing, compliance, and risk.br br SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS This position requires at least 24 months of experience in each of the following managing environmental and social risk management programs; developing partnerships and managing programs with various stakeholders while obtaining stakeholder buyin to move programs forward; designing and implementing compliance, regulatory and sustainability endtoend projects requiring crossgroup collaboration and implied authority; engaging key stakeholders to determine effective risk mitigation strategies and implementing these strategies ontheground; designing and delivering compliance and awareness capability building programs; assessing and evaluating labor, social environmental, health, and safety risks associated with manufacturing and other high risk sectors globally; and examining, analyzing and interpreting regulation and other stakeholder requirements in order to develop specific guidance regarding environmental and social risk management functions.
