The position requires at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study and 3 years experience as an Engineer, Engineering Technician in a manufacturing plant or a closely related occupation.br br In lieu of Bachelors degree in stated fields and 3 years experience, will accept an Associates degree in stated fields and 5 years experience.br br Also requires at least 3 years of experience with the following which may have been obtained concurrentlybr br Must have completed EMIIMS school, HV, ArcFlash and LOTOTO training;br Rubber extrusion lines;br Metal belt cutting machines;br Ply cutting machines;br Bead formers;br Solidworks and AutoCad as customized for Michelin, TBL2, Fyt, BMA and Wireflow;br Application of PLCs and HMIs within the context of the Michelin manufacturing process;br PDR list definition, adaptation, optimization, cancellation;br Improved TRS machine availability, reliability, performance improvement;br Lowering maintenance costs troubleshooting and preventive workload; andbr Improvement of maintenance skills tutoring, coaching, training materials, assistive devices for maintenance, onepoint lessons.
