Requires a Professional Engineer PE License.br br Requires skills and experience to include the following Advanced load rating techniques; Complex finite element analysis; Design experience in multiple states; Extensive load rating experience on both steel and concrete structures; Experience with new and rehabilitation bridge projects; Extensive design and load rating experience for WisDOT projects; Extensive knowledge of the WisDOT Bridge Manual; Extensive knowledge of the AASHTO Bridge Design Manual; Bridge Inspection experience; LEAP Bridge Enterprise, including RCPier; AASHTOWare Bridge Load Rating; Microstation computer software; AutoCAD; and Mathcad.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br Travel required up to 24 weeks per year to locations throughout Wisconsin to perform bridge inspections.
