3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a quality management position within the automotive chassis frame industry. Experience must include leading and overseeing quality in product and service to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are being met. Must have handson experience serving as a primary point of contact for customers to assure concerns and needs are being timely met. Experience can be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
