Expertise in roll tooling design, including indepth understanding of the manufacturability of the parts from the roll forming point of view, an ability to design the roll forming strategy for the parts, an ability to analyze the stress and strain combined with forming force and an ability to validate the roll forming tools using simulation i.e. virtual roll forming. Must have strong understanding of FEMSimulation, and the ability to analyze functionality and define improvements. Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field in the material sciences required.
