Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Ecoomics, Public Policy, History, or a related field and 36 months of experience on the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the following Managing ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners, including developer infrastructure, global markets, capacity readiness, and transition plans; Leading large, complex, crossfunctional programs to build integrity across all product launches at scale; Leading operational change through reviewer UIUX changes, such as SRT; Implementing new workflows for queuing content and building operational readiness, such as headcount planning and metrics monitoring; Designing platforms for risk intelligence gathering and frameworks for risk level projection; Analyzing reporting data and performance to devise workforce solutions and track key metrics; and Deploying userfacing contact forms for content regulations compliance.
