General physical security systems, security hardware devices, IOT devices, software, vulnerability assessments, and complex networks;br 12. Bottom line project management, including planning, cost, and delivery;br 13. Customer journey mapping, primary customer research, solution design, roadmap development, and business case development;br 14. Using analytical methods to create project analysis and recommendation support;br 15. Handson value stream mapping and predictive modeling;br 16. Developing appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support client project vision and delivery;br 17. Maximizing ROI on technology investments and leveraging technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies;br 18. Developing and managing vendor relationships;br 19. Designing and facilitating client workshops; andbr 20. Managing resources and budget on client projects.
