Must meet all requirements listed in the job duties above and below listed Technical skills and requirementsbr br Engineering drawings, excellent plansmap reading, and skilled in computeraided design CAD software such as Civil 3D, AGTEK, MicrostationInroads, Rapid Plans; knowledge of AASHTO ASTM standards, thorough understanding of algebra, calculus, geometry, trigonometry and other advanced mathematics as well as statistics.br Analytical Skills Analyze geotechnical reports, water testing reports, survey reports, maps, and data to plan projects. Identify possible design improvements and find solutions that are safe, efficient and costbr effective. Evaluate work techniques to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards. Gather productivity data using productivity modeling techniques and identifybr causes for low productivity.br Management Skills Strong knowledge of project management principles. Skills in quality management, sound knowledge of constructability, front end planning and risk management. Be able to lead a team of project staff and skilled workers, excellent negotiation skills, well versed in budgeting, cost control and value engineering, contractbr management.br br br Minimum 3 years required 5 years preferred prior work experience in Engineering or relatedbr Experience in quantity take off and estimation.br Experience in project controls and writing technical and nontechnical reports.br Excellent analytical and problem resolving skills.
