Must have Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Actuarial Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or a related field plus three 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as an International Consultant Associate, International Consulting Analyst, Analyst, or a related position. Must have three 3 years of experience with Providing solutions for the benefits needs of multinational companies, including benefit audits, multicountry benchmarking, multinational pooling studies and pool management, local and global pension plan administration, global pension and postretirement accounting consolidation and annual insurance policy renewals; Multiyear projects, including a detailed review of pension and insurance benefits to local employees in multiple countries; Designing costefficient and relevant globallocal employee benefits and overseeing application of governing plan document insurance policies internal HR policies; Analyzing, validating and manipulating large data sets in Excel to perform complex pension and other benefit calculations; Handling internal and external research while providing clear directions; Presenting findings in response to clientemployee queries in formal and adhoc situations; Preparation of employee communications such as benefits statements and other employee education materials; Provide benefits administration support to multinational clients; Advising multinational clients on local legislative changes that may impact the design and administration of their benefit plans; Engaging directly with clients verbally and written in formal and adhoc situations ; Working across global people and reward issues, including Wealth, Health, Career, Wellbeing and Engagement, and DEI Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and Helping organizations plan and sustain a holistic strategy to ensure equality of opportunity, experience and pay for their employees.
