Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Process or related Engineering plus three 3 years in the position offered or as an Automotive, Manufacturing or Process Engineer. The three 3 years of experience must include two 2 years with equipment project management with Daimler Integra Standard Wave 6 or similar, project management leadership, and production methods procedures analysis; one 1 year with technical engineering analysis with ACM, DIALOG, Engineering Client, ZGDOK, Promas, eLaunch, and Vanis, strategic product projects coordination, conveyor technology, vans powertrain marriage, fluid filling equipment, torque devices complex handling devices, technical domain communication transparency, SKD production, production layout optimization, and ergonomics evaluations assessments; and six 6 months with technical drawing specifications, financial engineering, FMEA, Control Plans Daimler SafetyCertification Requirements DSDZ or similar, MercedesBenz production system MPS New Lean Concept NLC or similar, time management prioritization. New hires must submit to a drug test and background check. Must work on call when requested, occasional overtime and participate in the implementation of new equipment that may occur on weekends and holidays. 15 domestic international travel for workshops, trainings supplier equipment buyoffs as well as for meetings support at other MercedesBenz plants.
