Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field, plus three 3 of experience in job offered, or related occupation. Understanding and application of 35 USC including relevant federal circuit and SCOTUS decisions;br 2. Experience in patent prosecution;br 3. Experience with proprietary search database usage including Orbit, PatBase, Thomson Innovation or similar;br 4. Experience conducting technology landscape studies, competitor analysis and benchmarking studies, patent portfolio analyses and evidence of use studies for the automotive sector; andbr 5. Experience in effectively communicating results of patent analyses to stakeholders.
