Complete requirements for the position are as followsbr Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or closely related engineering field; and 5 years of progressive experience as an RD engineer or related occupation for medical devices OR Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or closely related engineering field and 2 years of experience as an RD engineer or related occupation for medical devices.br br Must also possess at least 2 years of experience with the following ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO 14971 and cGMP; Process Development and Product development lifecycle; UFMEA, PFMECA and DFMECA; AutoCAD or Solid Works; ToolingFixturingEquipment Development; Process characterization, Process Qualification, and Validation Activities; Lean and Six Sigma practices to include DMAIC process and root cause analysis, 5S, scrap reduction, process simplification, Cell Operating Systems, and yield improvements; CAPA and NCMR; Statistical Techniques and manufacturing practices including Control and Capability.br br Multiple positions available.
