The position requires a Masters degree in Health Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field of study and two 2 years of experience in a clinical andor research environment. Requires a demonstrated aptitude for facilitating research using data management systems, medical vocabularies, and analytical tools. Experience must include use of systems such as MS Access, MySQL, R, Python; medical vocabularies such as ICD910; use of analytic tools such as Tableau, Python, R, MS SQL Management, Studio, and other analytics tools for data analysis and data presentations; and direct experience in cohort discovery, electronic health record EHR data extraction, and operational database familiarity.
