The underground wet utility foreman is responsible for underground operation sanitary sewer, storm drain, water line, fire protection line. To qualify as a foreman you must have a level of experience of 6 or more years of underground utilities.br In addition, the requirements to become a foreman you mustbr Have a valid drivers licensebr Knowledge of blueprints, Specs, codes, and regulations.br Excellent communication skills and strong organizational, administrative, and analytic skills.br With at least an OSHA10 qualification.br Be able to manage and control multiple jobs.br Have heavy equipment experience within 6 years of experience.br Have the knowledge to determine if actual elevationsslopes are correct.br Qualify as a competitive person.br Have extensive knowledge and proper excavation and shoring of utility trenches.br Be able to order and track all material to complete the project.br Have CPR training.br Troubleshoot conflicts and come out with a solution.br Be able to write up and negotiate change orders for the projects.
