Must have some work experience with each of the following 1 Lead the selection, recruitment, labor relations and training of H2A temporary agricultural workers; 2 Consult organizations on the development of H2A temporary worker programs, including selection, training and transportation; 3 Recruitment of temporary workers in the Central regions of Mexico; and 4 Develop and implement health and safety protocols for an H2A temporary worker program.
