Must have a Juris Doctor or the foreign equivalent. Must have transactional experience, including assisting with all aspects of the due diligence and disclosure processes including experience reviewing and commenting on warranties in key transaction documents, and managingcoordinating all specialist practice groups and transactional workstreams. Must have proficiency in document drafting and negotiation skills, with respect to key transaction documents e.g. share purchase agreements, and shareholders agreements and all customary ancillary documents required in the context of an MA transaction. Other Requirements Telecommuting position. Must reside within commuting distance of the New York metropolitan area. Travel Requirements Limited International Travel required. Admission as a solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction required. Experience in a corporate MA team with a strong private equity focuspractice.
