Knowledge is required and must include the following Construction Engineering and Project Management Principles including Project Management processes in organizations, project planning, execution and closure, schedule and cost control techniques, contracting and procurement and operations management; Utilizing P6Pro or MS Project, Bluebeam, Office, and AutoCAD; Quantity Estimation and Quantity Surveying; Elements of electrical and mechanical engineering; and Building materials, planning and construction.br br Skills can be obtained through experience, education or training.
