Experience above must include 5 years of Protein Characterization using HPLC and Fluorescence. Experience above must include 5 years of Surface Characterization using spectroscopic ellipsometry and colormetric or fluormetric assay. Experience above must include 5 years of Protein Bioconjugation using click chemistries and NHS, EDC, malemide, or any combination thereof. Experience above must include 5 years of Array Development and Manufacturing including peptide, protein or nucleic acid arrays. Knowledge of surface chemistry, including surface analytical measurements and process development. Background analyzing biomolecules using mass spectrometry, fluorescence, and one of the following chromatographic methods reversephase, HIC, or analytical SEC. Background communicating biochemical results across organizational levels, including making technical presentations, and making and presenting technical portions of investor decks. Background leading a technical team of at least 2 direct reports scientists, engineers, research associates, or any combination thereof in the biotechnology industry.br br None of these skills can be acquired in a reasonable period of onthejob training.
