Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field plus five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with industrial engineering within the food industry or a supplier for food industry. Must have experience with the following working with project management and line startup, including line and hygienic design, food processing, fillingpacking; managing supplier portfolio including negotiation of activities and service delivery; managing CapEx and OEE; working with Automation tools including Siemens, Yaskawa, and Rockwell; designing food equipment taking into account food safety requirements of USDA and EHEDG Europe; and working with Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Catia v5 to draw, read, and modify drawings.
