Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br Experience must include three 3 years of experience with each of the followingbr br 1. Test insertion using Cadence Modus and Mentor Tessent.br 2. Developing Test methodology in both RTL and gatelevel netlists.br 3. Defining custom test architectures.br 4. Working with external customers to balance test requirements with customer functional requirements.br 5. Reporting status to senior executives and customers.br 6. Rooting cause hardware failures and updating test program accordingly.br 7. Driving new test strategies for test coverage, test time and yield improvement and addition to characterization.br 8. Leading geographical diverse teams meeting project deliverables.
