Must have at least a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus two 2 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the position offered, or as a Risk Consultant, Program Manager, or a related position. To clarify the minimum educational requirement, please note, in meeting the degree requirement, employer will accept a Masters degree or higher in one of the enumerated fields or a related field in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Employer will accept pre or postMasters degree experience.br br Must have two 2 years of progressively responsible experience with all of the followingbr Consulting in the insurance industry or on insurance related issues;br Designing and modeling using any of the following AutoCAD, CATIA Fluent, or Hypermesh;br Utilizing manufacturingrelated concepts involving fluid mechanics, the strength of materials, and composite structures to evaluate product design and its manufacturing requirements;br Utilizing Microsoft Project to manage time, budget and allocation of resources;br Performing project management and implementing workflow processes;br Industrial hygiene sampling, including noise testing and air monitoring;br Vendor Risk Management for identifying potential vendors to partner with to deliver the required service or offering; andbr Performing Non Destructive Testing.br br Must also have one 1 year of progressively responsible experience with all of the followingbr Developing and auditing existing standard operating procedures for unmanned aerial vehicle and robots;br Utilizing knowledge in propulsion, avionics, flight dynamics, satellite, and space system design to assess the existing controls for the hazards present; andbr Utilizing aviation safety management and risk management skills to ensure the controls are adequate for the risk that lies within the organization.br br Travel Reqs 60 domestic and occasional international travel is required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
